These Terms of Sale (“Terms of Sale”) apply to all purchases, subscriptions, and billing accounts created on ReviewBeam, which is operated and owned by Digitsflow, Inc.(“Digitsflow,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By purchasing a paid subscription or activating a free trial on ReviewBeam, you agree to these Terms of Sale. These Terms of Sale supplement our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these terms, do not make purchases or sign up for subscriptions.
1. Subscription Plans and Credits
ReviewBeam offers various access plans for reply generation, which allocate monthly credit quotas (“Credits”) used to generate AI replies:
- Starter (Free Trial): Includes 5 AI-generated replies. No credit card is required to sign up. Limit one trial account per business.
- Growth Plan: Priced at $29 per month (plus any applicable taxes), providing 50 AI-generated replies per billing cycle.
- Pro Plan: Tailored pricing for multi-location or high-volume businesses. Volume allocations and pricing are governed by individual client agreements.
Credit Usage: One Credit is consumed every time you click “Generate Reply” and our system outputs a response. Unused Credits do not roll over to the next month or billing cycle and are forfeited at the end of each billing period.
2. Billing, Payments, and Taxes
All paid subscriptions on ReviewBeam are processed securely through our third-party payment processor, Stripe.
- Payment Methods: You must provide a valid credit or debit card. By submitting your payment information, you authorize Stripe to charge your card for the fees incurred.
- Taxes: Fees are stated exclusive of applicable sales tax, VAT, GST, or similar government charges. You are responsible for paying any taxes determined to be payable in connection with your subscription.
- Currency: All transactions are billed in United States Dollars ($ USD) unless a different currency is explicitly shown at checkout.
3. Recurring Billing and Auto-Renewal
By signing up for a paid subscription (such as the Growth Plan), you enroll in a recurring payment plan.
- Auto-Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each monthly billing cycle unless you cancel it before your next renewal date.
- Billing Interval: Charges occur on the anniversary of your signup or upgrade date. If a billing date falls on a day not contained in a given month (e.g. the 31st), you will be billed on the last day of that month.
- Price Adjustments:We reserve the right to adjust our subscription fees. We will provide you with at least 30 days' advance notice via your registered email before applying any price changes. If you do not agree to a price adjustment, your only remedy is to cancel your subscription prior to the new pricing taking effect.
4. Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time.
- Self-Serve Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription by logging into your account, navigating to the Settings panel, and clicking on the billing details button which redirects to the Stripe billing portal.
- Timing: To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, you must cancel your subscription at least 24 hours prior to your next recurring billing renewal date.
- Subscription Expiration: Following cancellation, you will retain access to your subscription features and any remaining Credits until the end of your current billing period, at which point your subscription will expire and your unused Credits will be cleared.
5. Refund Policy
Refunds are processed to the same payment method used at the time of purchase. We do not provide refunds via cash, check, or other payment methods. We can only refund purchases that have happened in the last 30 days to the original payment method that we have on file for you.
All monthly and yearly subscriptions automatically renew, but you can cancel at any time. You are responsible for canceling your subscription if you no longer wish to pay for the feature. Please contact our help center via email support@reviewbeam.net for instructions on how to cancel your subscription.
Conditions for a Refund:Technical issues — If you've experienced technical issues that are the fault of ReviewBeam that prevent you from using the subscription, then we will issue you a refund.

Reservation of Rights
Digitsflow, Inc. reserves the right to refuse a refund request if it reasonably believes (i) that you are trying to unfairly exploit this refund policy; (ii) if you are in breach of any applicable product terms; or (iii) if Digitsflow, Inc. reasonably suspects that you are using our service fraudulently.
This refund policy does not affect your statutory rights.
